Celebrate Halloween with us here at Easton Archery Center of Excellence at our 2025 Spooky Shoot. This will be a 60 arrow indoor ranking round followed by optional team round eliminations.

Dates/Times

Tournament Date is October 25th, 2025

  • Check-in is at 9 AM

  • Shoot begins at 10 AM

  • The awards will be held immediately after the event

    • Awards will be given to Novice & Competitive Categories!

  • Costume Contest for tournament participants will take place after awards

  • Optional Team Round eliminations

Calling all princesses, monsters, pirates and more to the archery range! Come dressed in your Halloween finest (Spectators too!) We ask that you keep your outfits family friendly and please ensure you are able to shoot safely with your costume.

Prizes are for registrants only.

tournament Rules

This will be a 60-arrow indoor round with optional team rounds. There will be two rounds of 10 ends, 3 arrows per end with 120 seconds on the clock.

Archers get the choice of shooting 9M or 18M in our Novice Category or entering in our Competitive Category shooting at 18M. Experience level and distance will determine target face options.

Team Rounds -optional but highly encouraged!

Those interested in participating in team rounds can join!

Team rounds will be in groups of 2 (can be mixed or same gender.) Everyone in your team must shoot same distance, bow division and target face. Elimination brackets will be by bow type!

For Recurve & Barebow the set system will be used for scoring and for Compound cumulative scoring will be used. Matches will be 4 ends*, 4 arrows per end with 120 seconds on the clock.

*first to reach 5 set points will conclude the match; If the score is tied after four sets, a shoot-off with one arrow per archer determines the winner, with closest to the center taking the win.

Age CATEGORIES

U15 (Youth) - 14 and under. Genders combined

U18 (Young Adult) - 17 and under. Genders combined

Senior (Adult) - Any age. Genders combined

Age Class is calculated based on age through the end of the calendar year.

Experience Levels

NOVICE 1: 9M Distance- 10 ring 80CM for ALL BOW DIVISIONS.

NOVICE 2: 18M Distance- 10 ring 60CM for ALL BOW DIVISIONS.

Competitive Category: 18M Distance- 10 ring 40CM • Vertical 3-spot • Vegas/Triangle 3-spot for ALL BOW DIVISIONS.

Cancellations

Cancellations accepted by email only to: events.eace@esdf.org
Cancellations will be accepted up to the registration deadline of October 21st, 2025. Cancellations received on time will be refunded less a 15% service fee.
